(1) Do you have a printed catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog, since we add new designs every month. Our entire line of all occasion cards is shown on our online catalogs at

(2) When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship 1-2 business days after we receive your approval of the email proof.  Our Standard Shipping method is by Priority mail, and delivery is usually 2-3 days after the shipment date.  Orders shipped by 2 Day Air take 2 business days for delivery, and orders shipped by Next Day Air arrive the next business day.  Orders with ribbon tying may take an extra day.

(3) What is considered a business day?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Central time. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday begin processing on Monday and orders placed after 6:00 p.m. begin processing the next business day. Holidays are not business days, and do not count toward the processing time of your order.

(4) How many lines can be printed on a card?
Our cards are custom printed with the wording that you choose.  We can adjust the size of the text to fit, however to make the card most attractive and easy to read, you should follow the example shown on the sample card. We can usually fit 1 or 2 extra lines on your card, but you should be aware that the printing will be smaller.


(5) Can I order blank cards?
You may order cards without any printed message, but there is no price reduction.  If you would like to order blank cards, just make a note in the special instructions section. 


(6) Can I choose to have the message of my invitation printed in a color other than what is shown?
In order to match or coordinate the text color for each individual card design, our order form allows the choice of either the print color shown or black printing.  In most cases, other corresponding colors can be used, and you are welcome to check with us to see if your choice is possible.  Our email address is

(7) Can I see a proof so I can double check the text and wording placement before you print the order? Yes, we will send a free email proof within 24 hours (usually just a few hours) so you can see exactly what you will be receiving.  We will wait for you to approve the proof before we print your order and you are welcome to make changes at no additional charge.  Since an artist will set up your personalized  message to best fit the specific card design you choose, we do not offer an instant computer generated proof.

(8) Can I receive a sample of the announcement or invitation I am considering?
Yes, we will be happy to send you a FREE sample of the card you are considering.

TinyTidings@TinyTidings.com or use our contact or sample request form.  If you would like for us to select some appropriate samples for you, just let us know of the occasion and we will send a sample packet.
 
(9) Can I order my envelopes so I can address them while I am waiting?
Yes.  You may order your envelopes early.  If you choose to have the return address printed on the back flap, the regular envelope printing price applies.  Otherwise, the only charge is the shipping charge. You do not have to make a definite decision on the announcement you will use, but we will need to know whether it will be a 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 inch card or a 5 x 7 inch card.  To order your envelopes early, please call our customer service department at (816) 769-4423.

(10) Do you offer inner and outer envelopes for wedding invitations?
No.  Our invitations come with a single white envelope.  We offer our line of wedding invitations as an
affordable alternative to brides looking for a theme or hard-to-find design, but prefer not to pay the premium prices charged by some companies.  We can special order double envelopes for some of the invitations, however it increases the price and production time, and must be arranged with our customer service department before the order is placed.

(11) If I order an announcement with a ribbon, will I have to tie the ribbon myself?
No.  All cards with ribbons will arrive with the ribbons tied and no further assembly is required.

(12) Can I pay a "Rush fee" to expedite the delivery of my order
We do not offer a rush fee, since most orders ship 1-2 days after we receive your approval.  You may upgrade the shipping to 2 Day Air or Express for an additional charge, however  this refers only to the shipping method and not the processing time.  If you have an urgent deadline, please email us the details and we will help you meet it if at all possible.

(13) Do you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, due to excessive delivery problems, we are no longer able to ship outside of the United States.
